Executive Producer / Director Tony Mich launches new film slate campaign to begin 2017 screening.  

Tony Mich's has been in the Hollywood world for a few decades and has been sitting on a powerful new slate of motion pictures and television series including a brilliant new concept gameshow called "Freeze Frame" (c)Ankh Entertainment.

Tony Mich’s career is a unique mosaic of training and accomplishments that covers the spectrum of the Entertainment industry.  His beginnings as a performer at age 14 led to rapid recognition of his talents and several scholarships that began an educational program that continues to this day.  Apart from acting, writing and producing for stage and screen, he has applied his expertise in many specialized fields as diverse as Cruise Ship operations, Corporate Event Production, Destination Management, and Specialized Tour development; with self-produced projects and freelance employments often overlapping one another. For ten years his home was Las Vegas where he produced entertainment and corporate events for International clients.   In 2001 he returned to California to attend the Los Angeles Film School, and focus his talents on writing and developing projects for stage, television and motion pictures.  Creativity, communication, resourcefulness, and integrity are the hallmarks of his work.

Under Mr. Mich’s artistic guidance, this Equity-waiver theater in the heart of Burbank California rose to prominence as an innovative center for the performing arts in the late 70’s: renown for its recognition of talent and the ability to showcase it.  The Los Angeles Times and the Herald Examiner newspapers were constant in their praise for plays and actors’ showcases mounted at the ninety-nine seat venue.  Barefoot in the park, Catch me if you can, One Mad night, The brain factory, Everything in the garden, and The killing of sister George were some of the more notable shows staged under Mister Mich’s guidance.



JEROME CARGILL PRODUCTIONS 1991-1994
Writer/ Director

This highly specialized production company marketed custom written shows to philanthropic organizations nationwide as a means of raising money for their work.  As Writer / Director, Mister Mich was responsible for overall supervision of these theatrical productions.  Serving as a liaison with community leaders; writing, rehearsing, and directing an original two-hour musical comedy show; supervising a cast and support staff of more than a hundred members; and utilizing diplomacy and inter-personal skills necessary to oversee all aspects of writing and staging production including promotions, publicity and community relations.
This demanding position required teaching a crash course in all aspects of theatrical production to a large, diverse group of non-professional participants while simultaneously directing professional musicians and technical support staff.  It also required working very closely with local and regional community leaders and civic authorities.


INTERNATIONAL CRUISE SHIPS 1980 – 1990

Beginning as a Cruise Staff member with Sitmar Cruises in 1980.  Assignments were on a contractual basis for periods of between 3 and 6 months.  Advancements and promotions within and between different cruise lines led to many different positions including Special Programs Coordinator, Entertainment Coordinator, Assistant Cruise Director, and Cruise Director.  Duties included every element of entertainment and communication with regard to passengers.  As Cruise Director, responsibilities encompassed personally hosting and MC’ing events and shows and the creating, staging and overseeing of all on-board entertainment, and the supervision of an international staff. 



FREELANCE  ENTERTAINMENT CONSULTANT 1990- 2012

Required to fill a variety of high profile, creative and supervisory positions demanding heavy public contact and extensive working knowledge of all aspects of entertainment production.  Positions required the development and implementation of new programs and special events in all mediums for local businesses. It also called for extensive interfacing with venue management, suppliers, clients, and vendors in support of all Destination Management activities.  Projects include Nebulae At the Venetian Hotel, Love in the Afternoon at the Union Plaza Hotel, and Corporate Entertainment Productions for Toyota, Coca~Cola, Dunbar/Australia, Daimler-Chrysler, and AT&T.  Special Projects Consultant for USA Host / Los Angeles.
